Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide bedside care and daily living support to residents in a Utah facility. You will work under supervision, follow care plans, document progress, and coordinate with nursing staff to ensure safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate has a current CNA credential, CPR/BLS, a food handler permit, and the ability to lift and assist residents. Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Food Handler Permit
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Provides certified nursing assistant services to residents as directed by care plans and supervisors.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and mobility as assigned.
• Assists with feeding, meal setup, and documentation of intake.
• Documents weight, skin condition, and other care indicators per policy.
• Reports changes in residents' condition and any safety concerns to nursing staff.
• Participates in care-planning meetings and safety drills as required.
