Job summary

Heritage Woods of Benton is seeking a part-time CNA to provide compassionate resident care in Benton, IL. You will support activities of daily living, communicate with residents and families, and follow care plans while maintaining dignity and privacy. Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with ADLs while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through seminars and meetings.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
