Qualifications

• Assist with bathing, oral care, feeding, ambulation and transfers.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, I&O, and glucose readings.
• Report abnormalities to RN/physician and document findings.
• Provide safe, dignified care and communicate needs to the care team.
