Qualifications

• Certificate in CNA or Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with care and attention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes, ensuring dignity, comfort, and well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the care team.
• Assist with medication management and other medical tasks as needed.
• Develop positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and communication.
