Job summary

Huger Mercy Living Center in Phoenix is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide direct, compassionate patient care in an assisted living setting. You will assist with essential ADLs, monitor vitals, and document I&O and glucose readings for accurate reporting to the nursing staff.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, complete a CNA program, and are Arizona-certified NAs with BLS/First Aid. This role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities to support residents with dignity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of CNA program.
• Arizona CNA certification required.
• BLS/First Aid (American Heart Association) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate patient care in an assisted living setting.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, oral care, feeding, ambulation, and transfers.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, I&O, positioning and glucose readings; report abnormalities.
• Communicate with RN, physician, supervisor, or other care team as appropriate.
• Address patients’ physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual needs and coordinate with care team.
