Job summary

Milestone is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in a Mesa, AZ facility. You will support residents’ daily living activities, monitor health status, and maintain a safe, clean environment under supervision.

The role emphasizes compassion, strong communication, and teamwork with the health care team to ensure high-quality care and resident well-being. Experience in long-term care is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA with certification from a state-approved program.
• Six months’ long-term care experience preferred.
• Pass health requirements including TB testing and criminal background check.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents per individualized plan of care.
• Document all pertinent information regarding care.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with dining and eating.
• Assist with toilet and incontinence care.
• Maintain residents' apartments neat and clean.
• Perform basic clinical procedures as directed and monitor vital signs.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings and care planning.
