Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey in Caldwell, NJ is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant for the dayshift (7am–3:30pm). Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will provide hands-on care focusing on daily living activities and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED is required.
• Successful completion of a state approved C.N.A. program.
• Possess an active C.N.A. certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance and personal care to residents.
• Support residents with grooming, hygiene and mobility, ensuring safety.
• Document observations and communicate changes to the nursing staff.
