Job summary

Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey in West Caldwell, NJ, seeks a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant for night shift (11 pm–7:30 am). Compensation is $20–$23 per hour plus $3 night differential and an additional $2 on weekends, with medical, dental, vision benefits and more!

Under supervision of a licensed nurse, CNAs provide hands-on care focused on daily living activities, hygiene, grooming and skin care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; active CNA certification.
• Experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Effective listening and communication skills required; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a licensed nurse, provide hands-on nursing care.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene and grooming.
• Maintain cleanliness and skin care for residents.
