Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift at Crane’s Mill in Caldwell, NJ. Compensation is $20-$23/hour plus $3 night differential and an additional $2 weekend differential, with medical, dental, vision benefits and more.

Under supervision of a licensed nurse, the CNA performs hands-on nursing care for residents focused on daily needs, personal hygiene and skin care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of a state approved CNA program.
• Active CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Assist with daily care needs, hygiene, grooming and skin care.
• Support licensed nurses in patient care and safety.
