Job summary

NORTHWINDS HEALTH MANAGEMENT LLC in Oklahoma City seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with care plans. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health status, and support nurses with examinations and transportation to appointments.

You will record care data, report changes to supervisors, follow infection control procedures, and participate in shift handoffs while maintaining dignity and safety for residents in a facility

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with Oklahoma laws.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Transport residents to appointments, activities and social programs as needed.
• Record care data and monitor resident status; report changes to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
• Follow infection prevention/control procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with meals, mobility, positioning, and daily care routines.
