Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team in Massachusetts. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with daily pay options and a competitive wage of $17-$26 per hour, all inclusive.

As a CNA, you will support residents with daily living activities, monitor conditions, report changes to licensed staff, and help maintain a safe, dignified, home-like environment.

Formación

• Must hold a valid CNA license in Massachusetts.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced team setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to resident care.
• Strong communication and following directions accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Support services to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.
