Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and communicate changes to the care team in a warm, home-like environment.

This position offers part-time and per diem schedules, including rotating weekends, with benefits such as paid training, uniforms, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes to staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate care
• Other duties as needed
