Qualifications
- Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant license in MA.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
- Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
- Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
