Job summary

Mont Marie Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Holyoke, MA is seeking CNAs to join a compassionate, resident-centered team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with daily pay and competitive wages between $17 and $26 per hour.

You will provide hands-on care under licensed staff, assist with daily living activities, observe changes, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment in a 84-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active MA CNA license.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented health care setting.
• Show compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support resident physical and emotional needs daily.
• Observe changes and report to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment.
• Support care team in delivering high-quality resident care.
