Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our dedicated care team. The role offers $21 to $28 per hour, with evenings, overnights, and weekends earning shift differentials and weekly pay.

As a CNA, you will provide routine daily nursing care under licensed staff, assist residents with grooming, meals, and mobility, document changes promptly, and help ensure a safe, clean care environment.

Formación

• Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be eligible to obtain one.
• New graduates welcome!

Responsabilidades

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under his/her care.
• Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
• Document accurately and completely.
• Meet personal grooming needs for each resident.
• Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident.
• Assure the resident care areas are left clean and in an orderly manner.
