Westmoreland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care to residents in a 66-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. You will help with daily living activities, monitor residents, and work under licensed staff to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under licensed nursing staff supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment promoting dignity.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
