Qualifications

• Current active Nursing Assistant certification from the state.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate within a nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs within defined scope of practice.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with devices and body mechanics.
• Turn and position residents regularly.
• Support resident rights and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist residents.
