Job summary
Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Richmond, VA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care under licensed staff supervision. Qualifications
- Must hold a current CNA license in the state of employment.
- Valid BLS/ CPR certification required.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic resident care under licensed nursing supervision.
- Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
- Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
- Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
