Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant certification from the state.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Function independently with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living as per care plan.
• Record vital signs, weights and measurements, intake/output as assigned.
• Turn and position residents and assist with mobility.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff as requested.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
