Job summary

• Must hold CNA certification and be able to perform daily living activities.
• Capable of observing residents and reporting changes to licensed staff.
• Demonstrates compassion and patience when assisting residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, oral care, shaving, nail care.
• Help with dressing, toileting, and incontinence care; provide ostomy support per policy.
• Provide mobility assistance: turning, repositioning, transfers, ambulation with devices.
• Assist in feeding and monitor nutritional/fluid intake per dietary orders.
