Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct supervision under licensed nursing staff (RN/LPN)
• Provide compassionate, hands‑on daily living support

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, oral care)
• Assist with dressing, toileting, and incontinence care; ostomy support per policy
• Provide mobility assistance including turning, repositioning, transfers, and ambulation with devices
• Assist in feeding and monitor nutritional and fluid intake per orders
