Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report health changes to supervising nurse.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bed baths, shaving, and oral care.

• Feed residents and provide nutritional supplements as needed.
• Make beds and keep residents' spaces clean and organized.
• Transport residents within the facility and assist with mobility.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
