Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents, support the care team, and ensure high-quality service with accuracy in documentation and safety.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, environment maintenance, vitals recording, positioning, and engaging residents in ROM activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified nursing assistant with active CNA credentials.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output and meals.
• Strong communication, self-discipline, and patience for elderly care.
• Care for elderly and disabled with compassion and professionalism.
• Uphold Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities; follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation.
