Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure height, weight and intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report promptly.
• Assist with reminders for medications, bathing, grooming and daily living tasks.
• Transfer, position and turn residents.
• Provide skin care to residents.
• Contribute to assessments and plans of care.
• Provide nursing rehabilitation/restorative nursing services.
• Follow supervisor's care schedule.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Promote resident rights and confidentiality; document appropriately.
