Responsibilities
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Assist with activities of daily living and grooming
- Provide basic nursing care and support to residents
- Assist with medication reminders under supervision
- Transfer and position residents safely
- Provide skin care and monitor health changes
- Support care planning and communicate resident needs
- Respect resident rights and confidentiality
