PACS is hiring a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a 7-3 shift. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, recording accurate health information, and ensuring a warm, safe environment for residents. New grads are welcome.

Must have an active CNA license in your state; CPR is preferred. This full-time position emphasizes teamwork with nursing staff and adherence to facility policies to support resident well-being.

Formación

• Must be a licensed CNA in the state where employed.
• CPR certification preferred but not always required.
• Ability to follow care plans and document patient information accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photos.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety; use appropriate equipment only.
