Reflections Retirement Community in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join the 1st shift at Heritage Woods of Greenbriar. You will deliver individualized care according to each resident’s care plan and assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity.

You will report changes to the clinical team, connect with residents and families with compassion, and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
