Job summary

Heritage Woods of Greenbriar in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time CNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care on the 2nd shift. You will assist with ADLs, support independence, and report changes to the clinical team while maintaining residents’ dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities include following individualized care plans, engaging with residents and families, and participating in ongoing training and staff meetings to improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
