Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Noblesville, IN is seeking a part-time CNA for 3rd shift at Heritage Woods of Noblesville. You’ll provide compassionate, individualized care under the resident care plan and support daily living activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and current CNA certification, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and families while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
