Job summary

Sapphire Health Services, LLC is seeking a reliable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our care team in Myrtle Point, Oregon. The CMA administers medications, monitors residents, and assists with daily living activities in a warm, respectful environment.

You will document medication administration, report changes to the licensed nurse, and collaborate with the care team to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• CMA license in the state of practice required.
• Successful completion of a CMA training program.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to assist residents with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications as ordered and per facility policy.
• Document medication administration in MAR accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes in health status and report to licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate, respectful care supporting resident dignity and independence.
• Follow facility infection control guidelines and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation for care and medication tasks.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in care plan meetings and resident assessments as needed.
• Chart all documentation promptly and thoroughly.
