Americare Senior Living in Neosho, MO is looking for a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide safe medication administration and compassionate daily care. You will work under licensed staff to ensure accuracy, monitor residents, and maintain a warm, home-like environment.

Two shifts offered with full-time or part-time options. Pay ranges from $15 to $16 per hour, with a supportive team, Great Place to Work certification background, and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) program that meets state requirements.
• Active CMA certification in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Administer prescribed medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Verify resident identity prior to medication administration and document dosage, time, and observations.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report adverse reactions or concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Recognize and report changes in resident condition to charge staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, intake, and output as ordered.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as required.
• Support team members by providing assistance as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with tours as requested
