Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for our Moran, KS skilled nursing community. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with licensed nurses in a fast-paced setting.

Starting pay is $17–$21 per hour, based on experience and shift, with benefits and opportunities for growth across our senior living communities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of a Kansas-approved CMA course.
• Active CMA certification in good standing, with annual updates.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff.
• Verify resident identity and document dosage, time, and observations.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report concerns.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and report changes to staff.
