Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, toileting, and ambulation.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the team to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
