Integrated Real Estate Group seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for a PRN/Full-Time role supporting residents in a Texas community. You will administer medications, monitor responses, maintain documentation, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safe, compliant care.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent), CNA experience preferred, and completion of a CMA program with CE requirements. English proficiency and a commitment to resident welfare are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and clinical competency in medication administration
• Infection control procedures are understood and applied
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English; in-service training completed annually (12 hours)

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor residents for side effects
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and report changes
• Assist with daily resident care routines and housekeeping as needed
• Support orientation and development of CMAs and CNAs
