Emerald Care Center Midwest in Midwest City, OK is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our Nursing team. The CMA administers medications, monitors residents, and supports a safe, compassionate environment for those in our care.

This full-time role offers evening hours and flexible scheduling. Applicants must hold Oklahoma CMA certification, demonstrate strong communication, and be proficient with electronic health records.

Qualifikationen

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; CMA certification as required by Oklahoma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse team and families.
• Physical ability to lift and transfer residents; stamina for long shifts.

Aufgaben

• Medication Administration: accurately administer prescribed meds per orders and document.
• Resident Monitoring: observe changes, vital signs, and adverse reactions; report to nurse.
• Health and Safety: maintain clean storage area and follow infection control procedures.
• Resident Support: provide compassionate assistance and address needs and preferences.
• Communication: collaborate with nurses, doctors, and families on care plans.
• Documentation: complete medication records and incident reports per policies.
