Emerald Care Center Claremore is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our skilled nursing team in Claremore, OK. The CMA administers medications, monitors residents’ health, and ensures a safe, caring environment for those in our care.

The position offers scheduling flexibility and may require on-site presence. The ideal candidate holds an Oklahoma CMA certification, demonstrates strong communication with staff and families, and is comfortable with documentation in EHR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
• Current CMA certification per Oklahoma regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to residents following physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor residents’ health, document vital signs, report changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, organized medication storage and comply with safety standards.
• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance to residents and their families.
