Responsibilities

• Observe residents for reactions or side effects and report changes to licensed staff.
• Assist residents with medication reminders and adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration in EMR.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding medication administration.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with nursing team to support resident care and well-being.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain certification and competence.
