You will collect demographic and insurance information, verify details, and coordinate follow-up appointments while upholding patient confidentiality and our core values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service, clerical, or business-related functions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to clinic policies.
• Excellent communication skills and empathetic approach.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming calls and schedule patient appointments per guidelines.
• Greet and register patients with warmth and efficiency.
• Collect, verify and update demographics and insurance information, co-pays and deductibles.
• Process payments and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and communicate delays proactively.
