Planned Parenthood of Southern New England is seeking a Full Time Clinic Assistant to join our Enfield Health Center back office. The role involves supporting clinicians, delivering patient-centered care, and handling front-office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include basic clinical functions, patient education, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards while maintaining confidentiality and equity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to discuss sexuality, contraception, STIs and pregnancy options with patients.

Responsibilities

• Supports clinicians to provide world class, quality healthcare services.
• Provides excellent client-centered customer service; keeps patient at the center of decisions.
• Works to achieve productivity and revenue cycle goals in the health center.
• Collaborates with center manager and clinician to improve processes and efficiency.
• Performs basic office duties: reception, triage, filing, billing and data entry.
