You will listen, gather information, answer questions, and help members, agency partners, and others move confidently through the claims experience.

You will also coordinate information, support claim and payment processes, and ensure details are handled accurately and promptly, reflecting our ICARE values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service training or experience required.
• 1-2 years of similar work-related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred.
• Must be able to process data efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact, listen carefully, answer questions, and gather accurate claim information.
• Help members, agency partners, and others move confidently through the claims process.
• Coordinate information and support claim and payment processes to ensure timely handling.
• Operate with empathy, sound judgment, accountability, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
