Qualifications

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, business administration, or a related field is required OR a high school diploma or equivalent is required plus two years of experience in a customer service role or related field.
• Experience in customer service, legal support, case management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of child support cases and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Open, close, and update cases; monitor payments and adjustments.
• Assist in establishment of child support orders with documentation and court submissions.
• Enforce orders via income withholding, intercepts and coordination with agencies.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports and summaries.
• Provide exceptional customer service to custodial and non-custodial parents and attorneys.
