Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with positioning, mobility hygiene, ADL, and comfort per procedure.
• Monitors intake/output and documents accurately.
• Responds to patient call lights and follows nurse directions promptly.
• Maintains patient safety and clean, stocked patient areas.
