Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking newly certified or experienced CNAs to support units with patient care and clerical tasks. The role requires CNA certification or enrollment in NGHS PCT Academy (January 2027 cohort).

Qualifications

• CNA certification required; or enrollment in PCT Academy.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; NGHS in-house training may be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic patient care under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient records and unit supplies.
• Operate EMR and document vitals and observations.
• Respond to patient calls and support nursing staff.
• Ensure patient safety and assist with transfers and mobility.
