• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Assist with daily resident care tasks and ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Help with room preparation, transfers, and transportation as needed.
