Job summary

Arizona Department of Child Safety is seeking an Assistant Case Manager – Case Aide in Avondale, Glendale, Peoria, or Phoenix to support families under a Case Manager and to provide direct services within DCS programs. You may transport clients, coordinate services, supervise visits, and connect families with community resources.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain a DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory 39-month driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager.
• Provide direct services in Department of Child Safety programs.
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
• Supervise parent-child visits.
• Refer clients to community resources.
• Attend court hearings and required meetings.
• Document client interactions and activities.
• Provide general case management and clerical support.
