Job summary

The Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) is hiring an Assistant Case Manager – Case Aide to support children and families in Avondale, Glendale, Peoria & Phoenix. You will assist a Case Manager, transport clients, coordinate services, and document interactions.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card. Roles may require some weekend or overtime work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Prior work history, Central Registry and Public Records will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager.
• Provide direct services in Department of Child Safety programs.
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
• Supervise parent-child visits.
• Refer clients to community resources.
• Attend court hearings and required meetings.
• Document client interactions and activities.
• Provide general case management and clerical support.
