The Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) is hiring an Assistant Case Manager - Case Aide at 407 W. Main Street, Payson, AZ. The role involves supporting families under a Case Manager, transporting clients, coordinating services, and attending court hearings.

A patient, compassionate approach is essential to help protect children and families across Arizona. Four years of successful service can lead to promotion to the DCS Specialist Trainee ($21.70 per hour).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory 39 month driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Work history, Central Registry and Public Record will be considered

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager.
• Provide direct services in Department of Child Safety programs.
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
• Supervise parent-child visits.
• Refer clients to community resources.
• Attend court hearings and required meetings.
• Document client interactions and activities.
• Provide general case management and clerical support.
