The Arizona Department of Child Safety in Payson, AZ is seeking an Assistant Case Manager – Case Aide to support families under the supervision of a Case Manager. You will provide direct services, transport clients, schedule appointments, supervise visits, and document interactions in the program directory.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Work history, Central Registry and Public Record considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager.
• Provide direct services in Department of Child Safety programs.
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
• Supervise parent-child visits and refer clients to resources.
• Attend court hearings and document client interactions.
