Job summary

Executive Home Care of Delaware County seeks compassionate caregivers to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in clients' homes. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, support safety, and help maintain independence with dignity.

The role offers flexible scheduling, training, and advancement opportunities in a supportive team. A high school diploma and caregiving experience are required; HHA or CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HHA or CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Previous caregiving experience (home care or facility-based) is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation while ensuring client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding while encouraging proper nutrition.
• Provide non-clinical medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support through meaningful engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Education
