Job summary

Bluewater Home Care LLC in California is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to help seniors and people with disabilities live safely at home. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support mobility and safety.

Responsibilities include ADLs, incontinence care, transfers, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and documenting care. Strong communication and reliable transportation are valued; background check will be required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred but not required.
• Experience providing ADL assistance, incontinence care, and safe transfers.
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely according to company guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred, if applicable).
• Ability to pass a background check.
